Job Requirements
- Must be 21 years of age or older
- No experience required, on the job training provided
- No high school diploma, GED or college degree required
- This role may require a CDL with a specific class and endorsement requirement
- Ability to safely operate and handle specialized equipment for passengers with special needs
- Ability to pass background check and drug screening
- Availability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
Job Qualifications

- No prior experience required, on the job training provided
- Ability to obtain CDL with specific class and endorsements as applicable
- Preferred one year of prior passenger shuttle driving experience
- Must be 21 years of age or older
- Good customer service and communication skills
- Ability to safely operate passenger vehicles
- Basic knowledge of vehicle inspection and maintenance procedures
Job Duties
- Transport, load and unload passengers at designated pick-up and drop-off locations
- Ensure safe loading and unloading of passengers including use of wheelchair lifts and tie-downs
- Assist passengers with luggage as needed
- Inspect vehicles regularly for unsafe conditions and perform cleaning and maintenance
- Provide excellent customer service, respond courteously to guest inquiries and give directions
- Maintain and enforce bus evacuation plans and coordinate evacuation activities
- Report any incidents or claims immediately to Operations Manager or Shift Lead
- Refuel and maintain shuttle equipment including fuel use logs
- Disinfect shuttle after each use and maintain a clean work environment
- Perform pre-inspection and post-inspection activities to ensure compliance with safety standards and Department of Transportation regulations
