Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
previous leadership or supervisory experience preferred
strong communication and interpersonal skills
ability to manage cash and prepare deposits
knowledge of health and safety regulations
availability to work flexible shifts
ability to lead and motivate a team
basic problem-solving skills

Job Duties

Provide direction and feedback to workers during shifts
train and coach new employees
inspect equipment and communicate the need for repairs or replacements to management
check cash drawers and prepare bank deposits
ensure health and safety standards are followed
address customer and employee complaints
resolve conflicts between workers
foster and maintain a positive work environment
