Job Duties
- serve meals to residents following hawthorn procedures in a courteous and friendly manner
- present meals and meal alternatives to residents and guests
- communicate clearly and concisely with residents
- maintain knowledge of sanitation and safe food handling practices
- meet state health-related and age-related requirements
- demonstrate organizational skills
- work effectively under time constraints and meet deadlines
