As a Server at Red Lobster, you will play a crucial role in delivering excellent customer service and ensuring guests have a memorable dining experience. The Server’s responsibilities revolve around providing excellent customer interaction, from welcoming and seating guests to suggesting menu items like drinks, appetizers, and desserts that enhance the dining experience. You will be responsible for taking accurate food and drink orders using the POS system, timely delivering orders, and continually checking on guests to meet their needs throughout their stay. Following all food safety standards is a critical part of the role, ensuring guest health and satisfaction. Job Requirements
- Must meet the minimum age requirement and be authorized to work in the country you are applying
- Ability to bend, reach, stoop and lift up to 30 pounds safely
- Ability to move about the restaurant and remain standing for an 8 - 12 hour shift
- Team player with attention to detail and ability to multi-task
- Must be able to follow all food safety standards

Job Duties
- Welcoming guests and greeting every guest with a smile when they are seated
- Suggestively selling drinks, appetizers, and desserts
- Accurately taking food and drink orders and entering orders into the POS system properly
- Picking up and delivering food orders in a timely manner
- Checking back with guests throughout the experience to provide refills as needed and clearing any items from the table
- Delivering and settling the check in a timely manner, thanking guests and inviting them to return
- Following all food safety standards
