Job Requirements
- Prior experience in food service
- availability to work weeknights and weekends
- ability to stand for up to 5 hours per shift
- ability to reach, bend, stoop and frequently lift up to 40 pounds
- general knowledge of Charleston area
- maintenance of personal hygiene according to Health Department Standards for Food Service Employees
- ability to work as a team with fluid result

Job Duties
- Deliver food to guests while providing detailed descriptions of menu items following fine dining standards
- polish silverware and glassware and prepare tables for resetting
- clean dining rooms, patio, and bathrooms
- communicate professionally and friendly with guests
- perform closing duties including cleaning side work and resetting the dining room
- adhere to directions from Restaurant Manager, Office Manager, or Sommelier
- assist guests with knowledge of menu and local area
