Job Requirements
- at least 16 years old
- valid food-handler's card
- availability to work flexible schedules including evenings and weekends
- ability to stand and move for extended periods
- strong communication skills
- punctuality and reliability
- positive and friendly attitude
Job Qualifications
- high school diploma or equivalent preferred
- previous customer service experience is a plus but not required
- excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- strong teamwork and collaboration skills
- basic math skills for handling transactions
- valid food-handler's card required
Job Duties
- greet and serve customers in a friendly and efficient manner
- take accurate customer orders and handle special requests
- ensure food safety and cleanliness standards are maintained
- assist in preparing menu items when necessary
- handle cash, credit, and other payment transactions
- support team members to create a positive work environment
- address customer inquiries and resolve complaints promptly
