Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- Related experience or training in the restaurant industry
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Basic reading, writing, and math skills
- Basic computer skills
- Ability to maintain a flexible schedule
- Successful completion of ongoing training or certification programs
- Ability to stand for prolonged periods
- Ability to lift up to 75 pounds occasionally
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with exposure to smoke and cleaning chemicals

- Provide timely and accurate service to guests
- Pre-bus tables to maintain cleanliness
- Stock service areas with supplies such as coffee, tea, and ice
- Engage with guests to create memorable dining experiences
- Uphold southern hospitality and positive guest interactions
- Assist with bar service and cross-training where applicable
- Maintain a flexible schedule and complete required training programs
