Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- Related experience and/or training in the restaurant industry
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Basic reading, writing, and mathematical skills
- Basic computer skills
- Positive attitude and ability to maintain composure under pressure
- Ability to multi-task effectively
- Flexibility to work varied shifts
- Ability to attend and complete ongoing training or certification programs as required

Job Duties
- Provide timely and attentive service to guests
- Pre-bus tables to maintain a clean environment
- Stock service areas with supplies such as coffee, tea, and ice
- Create authentic Southern hospitality experiences
- Engage guests to make memorable moments
- Maintain knowledge of menu items and specials
- Collaborate with team members including bartenders for a seamless service experience
