Job Requirements
- Must be at least 19 years of age at locations that serve alcohol
- must be at least 16 years of age at locations that do not serve alcohol
- able to maintain a liquor license and any other required permits
- obtain liquor license within the first 30 days of employment
- complete ATC Server Training Class within first 90 days

Job Duties
- Acknowledge all customers entering and exiting the store
- provide the highest quality of interactions with customers by being pleasant, friendly, and polite
- display appreciation of customers by thanking them thoughtfully
- respond quickly and respectfully to customer complaints and notify the manager
- make appropriate suggestions to customers' orders using suggestive selling techniques
- guide customers through the menu demonstrating thorough knowledge of food, beverages, and ingredients
- ensure the customer's order is complete and of the highest quality
- maintain adequate inventories at the server station
- memorize table numbers and organize time spent on the job
- remove dirty dishes and debris timely
- maintain a high standard of cleanliness in dining areas, restrooms, and front counters throughout the shift
- assist in food preparation following proper recipes
- support kitchen staff to ensure essential functions are performed
- complete cleaning and prep work
- maintain clean dishes
- perform additional duties as assigned by management
- maintain a positive attitude at all times
