Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Forklift certification
- Minimum two years forklift or tow motor experience preferred
- Ability to safely operate various warehouse equipment
- Basic data entry skills
- Ability to read and understand safety and operation instructions
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Physical ability to perform manual labor tasks
- Attention to detail
- Must follow safety protocols and company policies
Job Qualifications
- Forklift certification
- Preferred two years forklift and tow motor experience
- Ability to operate sit down and stand up forklifts, tow motor, and motorized and non-motorized pallet jacks
- Knowledge of inventory control and warehouse procedures
- Basic data entry skills
- Ability to read and comprehend safety and operational instructions
- Ability to write legibly
- Basic math skills

- Ability to make decisions on customer acceptance

Job Duties
- Accurately locate and load customer products onto and from pallets, trays, racks and shelves using hand and motorized equipment
- Count, weigh and record number of units handled daily
- Complete specialized order processing such as stenciling, slip-sheeting, shrink wrapping, labeling and consolidating
- Assign and verify trailers to appropriate dock and yard locations and ensure safety protocols
- Inspect, repair and adjust tow-motor vehicles and report defective equipment
- Prepare trailers by inspecting and cleaning to ensure product preservation
- Assist in building and grounds maintenance for cleanliness and safety
- Load picked orders according to procedures and complete related paperwork
- Unload, move, stack and stage customer products and maintain recordkeeping
- Complete activity and statistical reports
- Assist in physical inventories and ensure facility security
- Provide sanitation activities and assemble crates and containers as directed
- Follow mandatory work instructions including personal protective equipment use
