Job Requirements
- Must be 21 years or older
- Part-time availability including weekends, holidays, and/or nights
- Neat and professional appearance
- Must pass company-issued background screening before hire
- Ability to stand and move about for extended periods
- Ability to bend, lift, and twist to move product and assist with merchandising
- Ability to lift and/or transport up to 40 lbs throughout store and stockroom
- Ability to occasionally perform overhead lifting
- Ability to occasionally use ladders and step stools
- Able to frequently move between sales floor, stockroom, and exterior areas
- Able to visually inspect product labels, signage, and displays
- Able to detect and respond to visual cues such as guest gestures or safety hazards
- Able to work in elevated locations and handle tools occasionally
- Able to work outdoors occasionally
- Able to work around fumes and airborne particles occasionally
- Able to work in refrigerated temperatures occasionally
- Ability to tolerate moderate noise level continuously
- Maintain regular and predictable onsite attendance

- Able to interact with guests and other team members professionally and courteously
- Flexibility in daily job tasks is essential
Job Duties
- Spread holiday cheer and goodwill among team members and guests
- Provide exceptional guest service by greeting and assisting all guests, answering questions, recommending products, and locating items in-store or at a nearby ABC location
- Assist guests in taking their purchases to their vehicles
- Create gift baskets as needed, wrapping with enthusiasm, attention to detail, and creativity
- Operate a point-of-sale terminal to process transactions, handle cash, and apply discounts (training provided)
- Unload delivery trucks, if needed, depending on schedule
- Assist in stocking the store, including shelves and coolers
- Keep the store clean through box breakdown, light trash removal, and light cleaning duties (sweep, mop, keep bathrooms clean and supplied)
- Deliver products to curbside pickup parking spots as needed to guests in their cars
- Arrive for shifts on time and ready to work
- Other duties as assigned
