Job Requirements

- Ability to handle cash register operations accurately
- Physical ability to climb ladders and lift or move merchandise weighing up to 40 pounds
- Flexible availability including nights, weekends and holidays
- Reliable attendance and punctuality
- Willingness to work in a fast-paced retail environment
- Basic proficiency with technology and willingness to learn new systems

Job Duties
- Provide tailored suggestions and solutions through active selling and compelling visual merchandising presentations
- Welcome and exceed guest service expectations by focusing on guest interaction and recovery
- Ensure products are set, in-stock, accurately priced and signed on the sales floor
- Execute daily and weekly workload to support business priorities and sales goals
- Handle cash register operations accurately
- Climb ladders and move merchandise up to 40 pounds efficiently and safely
- Work collaboratively as a team and independently to deliver outstanding guest service
