Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- ability to read, write and communicate in English
- must be able to pass skills and knowledge assessment testing
- pass drug test and criminal background check
- punctual and dependable attendance

- ability to work flexible schedule including nights and weekends
- ability to perform basic financial calculations for cash handling and register balancing
- ability to use computer-based register system

Job Duties
- Use a computer-based register system
- perform basic financial calculations for cash handling and register balancing
- count till before and after each shift and reconcile drawer amounts
- provide excellent customer service by greeting customers and answering questions about store operations and merchandise
- meet production standards for stemming, hanging, pricing, sorting, stocking, and pulling merchandise
- ensure all products are constantly rotated
- sort donations according to company guidelines
- perform basic calculations to track donations, count production, and price donated goods within guidelines
- handle and process incoming donations including use of pallet jack
- assist in training and developing team members
- maintain punctual and dependable attendance
- demonstrate professionalism and a cooperative attitude
- help load and unload store merchandise
- assist in store security
- notify Store Management team of low and overstock items
- perform janitorial work as needed
- adhere to all Goodwill policies and procedures including sales, exchanges, cash handling, and safety
- perform duties within framework of Guiding Principles
- ensure positive customer and donor experience
- work flexible schedule including nights and weekends
- perform other duties as assigned
