Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Must be able to pass background check
- Must be able to pass drug screening
- Must have a valid driver’s license
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Must possess strong communication and negotiation skills
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous sales experience preferred
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work a flexible schedule excluding Sundays
- Valid driver’s license
- Proven customer service abilities
- Knowledge of automotive products and technology is a plus
Job Duties
- Meet and exceed dealership gross profit, volume, and customer satisfaction standards
- Engage customers to understand their vehicle needs and preferences
- Present and demonstrate features of new vehicles
- Negotiate sales terms and finalize vehicle purchases
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of vehicle inventory and manufacturer promotions
- Collaborate with sales managers and finance teams to ensure smooth transaction processes
- Follow up with customers post-sale to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business
