- Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record

Job Duties
- Ensure optimal operational efficacies to provide customers the best rental car experience
- Provide assistance creating a rental car reservation, processing rentals and providing clean and safe vehicles
- Assist customers with various post rental inquiries involving rental and billing process
- Work in a fast-paced environment while providing helpful customer service that enhances rental experience
- Answer phone inquiries about Hertz/Lyft/Uber Rental Car Program, rental requirements, billing, rental extensions, roadside assistance
- Communicate Hertz/Lyft/Uber Rental Car Program and procedures effectively
- Maximize revenue opportunities by actively soliciting business and overcoming customer objections
- Ensure vehicles are prepared for customer pick-up including damage checks, cleaning interior and exterior, refueling, and fluid level checks
