Job Requirements
- Must maintain a valid driver's license
- must be able to successfully pass a DOT physical and DOT drug screen
- must be at least 21 years of age or older
- must successfully pass and maintain a driving record check to be insurable by the company to operate a company vehicle
- must be able to safely operate and drive company vehicles up to 26,001 lbs daily for approximately 8-10 hours
- must be able to lift up to 90lbs on a repetitive basis
- must remain physically capable with or without reasonable accommodation of performing the duties required of this position

Job Duties
- Prepare the delivery vehicle each day before leaving the warehouse to ensure it is loaded correctly
- familiarize yourself with the route layout and customers' requests to complete the scheduled route
- complete all deliveries on route as scheduled
- ensure route optimization by identifying challenges or roadblocks ahead of time to complete the route in the most efficient manner
- interact with customers while representing the company in a professional and courteous manner
- address customer questions or concerns during deliveries
- develop a strong understanding of the products being delivered and the proper product handling associated with bottled water, PE tanks, salt, and additional products as applicable
- provide information about products to customers when necessary
- complete customer agreements and route sheets accurately and legibly
- perform payment collection from customers
- promptly turn in customer payments and daily activity sheets to the office staff at the end of each workday
- adhere to the proper utilization of handheld palm units, while entering accurate information concerning the customer and abiding by all rules concerning its use
- operate delivery vehicles safely
- adhere to traffic rules and DOT regulations
- perform Daily Vehicle Inspections (DVIR's) and report any issues to management
