Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED preferred
  • experience in housekeeping or laundry preferred
  • ability to lift, push, and pull up to 75 pounds consistently during shifts
  • ability to perform significant bending
  • strong physical stamina
  • commitment to attendance and grooming standards
  • willingness to follow company policies and procedures

Job Qualifications

  • prior housekeeping or laundry experience preferred
  • strong attention to detail

Job Duties

  • Clean guest rooms to company standards
  • replenish amenities and supplies in rooms
  • ensure cleanliness and proper condition of linens, carts, and equipment
  • provide courteous and professional guest service
  • respond to guest requests promptly and positively
  • adhere to health and safety regulations
  • inspect rooms for maintenance needs and report issues
  • manage work duties by prioritizing and organizing tasks
  • comply with attendance, grooming, and appearance policies
  • participate in departmental meetings
  • properly use all equipment and supplies
