Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in nursing
  • BSN required with current incumbents to achieve by July 1, 2024
  • Two years clinical RN experience
  • Current Colorado RN License or a Compact RN License from a NCLA Compact State
  • BCLS - Basic Life Support American Heart Association
  • Nursing Specialty Certification must be achieved and maintained within two years of becoming an ANM

Job Qualifications

  • Develop and achieve unit or department goals focusing on daily operations
  • Promote a positive work environment by being visible and available to staff and customers
  • Collaborate with nurse leaders to maintain productivity, support initiatives, and staff units appropriately
  • Assist in identifying staff development needs emphasizing evidence-based practice and education
  • Manage daily productivity and expense monitoring, supporting budget preparation
  • Support daily staffing plans matching competency with patient acuity
  • Focus on patient safety, patient experience, and performance improvement aligned with unit goals
