Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in nursing
- BSN required with current incumbents to achieve by July 1, 2024
- Two years clinical RN experience
- Current Colorado RN License or a Compact RN License from a NCLA Compact State
- BCLS - Basic Life Support American Heart Association
- Nursing Specialty Certification must be achieved and maintained within two years of becoming an ANM

Job Duties
- Develop and achieve unit or department goals focusing on daily operations
- Promote a positive work environment by being visible and available to staff and customers
- Collaborate with nurse leaders to maintain productivity, support initiatives, and staff units appropriately
- Assist in identifying staff development needs emphasizing evidence-based practice and education
- Manage daily productivity and expense monitoring, supporting budget preparation
- Support daily staffing plans matching competency with patient acuity
- Focus on patient safety, patient experience, and performance improvement aligned with unit goals
