- Six months of related experience and/or training or an equivalent combination of education and experience
- previous experience in a high-volume restaurant preferred
- must be at least 21 years of age
- ability to effectively communicate in English both written and verbal
- obtain and maintain all work cards required by the company
- verify right to work in the United States

Job Duties
- Takes accurate food and beverage orders
- retrieves and serves food and beverage orders to guest tables according to venue specifications
- engages with guests in a professional courteous and efficient manner
- completes side work
- maintains knowledge of all restaurant menu options and answers guests' questions about the menu
- delivers food to guests ensuring proper orders and beverage refills
- communicates regularly with on-coming shift staff and the chef on duty to address concerns
- ensures all food is served within health safety sanitation guidelines
- attends training classes required by management
- ensures compliance with applicable gaming laws company controls policies procedures Title 31 and federal regulations
- provides outstanding guest service in a timely manner to guests and team members
- performs other duties as assigned
