Job Requirements

  • able to work a flexible schedule to support business needs
  • physical stamina to perform cleaning tasks and operate floor buffer and scrubber
  • adhere to all labor laws and company policies including meal and break periods
  • maintain safety awareness to provide a safe work environment
  • willingness to participate in various store tasks as assigned

  • capable of performing duties in a diverse, team-oriented setting

Job Duties

  • maintain all floor care cleanliness standards including operating the scrubber and buffer
  • dust mop, damp mop, sweep, vacuum, dust, and spot clean glass and windows
  • maintain organizational cleanliness and recovery standards in all store areas such as sales floor, lounge, backroom, and restrooms
  • adhere to health and safety policies including restocking essential items in lounges and restrooms
  • provide cross-training support in other store areas including backroom, front end, and sales floor
  • support front end coverage needs as required
  • uphold merchandising philosophies and signage standards
