Job Duties
- Guide customers through the brand experience to create authentic connections
- deliver excellent customer service with loyalty, confidence, and product knowledge
- operate POS and related retail technology to facilitate seamless shopping
- maintain store presentation and visual merchandising standards
- support shipping, receiving, and product flow
- contribute to omni-channel order fulfillment including in-store and curbside pickups
- promote loyalty programs and credit services
