Job Requirements
- Education high school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in retail or customer service
- Ability to stand for long periods
- Ability to lift, bend, carry, reach, and stretch
- Ability to handle stressful situations and interact effectively with others
- Availability to work nights, weekends, and early mornings
- Must comply with federal, state, and local legal requirements
- Ability to work in a public retail environment
- Willingness to participate in the interactive process for reasonable accommodations if needed

Job Duties
- Plan and coordinate multiple events including children’s birthday parties and craft classes
- Engage with clients of all ages by creating a fun and creative environment
- Demonstrate and instruct craft projects, perform face painting and other activities
- Facilitate and implement party add-ons such as goody bags and balloons according to standards
- Communicate event details with clients and store team members
- Complete administrative tasks including answering emails and making phone calls
- Adjust event plans based on client feedback and needs
- Create backup or emergency plans for events
- Ensure client satisfaction for scheduled events
- Uphold cleanliness and safety standards including event setup and breakdown
- Assist customers with shopping and locating products
- Provide fast and friendly checkout experience
- Promote the store rewards program and assist with enrollments
- Educate customers about Voice of Customer survey
- Assist with Buy Online Pickup in Store (BOPIS) and Ship From Store (SFS) processes
- Participate in truck unload, stocking, and planogram duties
- Complete merchandise recovery and maintenance
- Perform Store in Stock Optimization (SISO) and AD set duties
- Support shrink and safety programs
- Adhere to company policies and procedures
- Interact respectfully and positively with others
- Cross trained in Custom Framing selling and production
- Participate in daily store cleanliness activities
- Perform other duties as assigned
