Job Duties

  • Oversee and run daily operations of the restaurant
  • Lead, mentor, coach, and develop the team
  • Be responsible for creating uncompromising guest experiences in a friendly and clean environment
  • Lead each shift with purpose as the values role model and brand ambassador
  • Proactively build a starting lineup and bench of team members
  • Foster a collaborative people first environment by celebrating team wins, setting priorities and delivering consistent, honest feedback to all team members
  • Lead exceptional food, service, and facility standards through strong team accountability
