- 2+ years as a manager in a full service restaurant

Job Qualifications

- ability to perform essential job functions in a dynamic restaurant environment, including exposure to varying temperatures, noise levels, and peak-hour demands
- ability to move throughout the restaurant and transport supplies weighing up to 30 lbs, with or without reasonable accommodation
Job Duties
- Lead shifts with a focus on guest experience, team performance, and operational excellence
- coach, train, and develop front-of-house and back-of-house teammates
- monitor food quality, presentation, and service standards throughout each shift
- manage labor, inventory, and cost controls to meet financial goals
