Job Requirements

  • restaurant experience in a high-volume, excellence-driven environment
  • love for guest interaction and creating exceptional experiences
  • excellent work ethic and dedication to hospitality
  • driven to meet or exceed operational excellence standards
  • outstanding written and verbal communication skills
  • ability to handle restaurant scheduling, inventory, and purchasing
  • availability to work full-time (48-55 hours per week)

  • experience with POS systems

Job Qualifications

  • minimum 1 year of restaurant experience in a high-volume, excellence-driven environment

  • basic knowledge of wine, beer, and spirits preferred

Job Duties

  • manage and mentor team members in a high-volume restaurant setting

  • execute special events and resolve conflicts effectively
  • interact with guests to create memorable dining experiences
  • ensure compliance with food safety standards
