Job Requirements
- restaurant experience in a high-volume, excellence-driven environment
- love for guest interaction and creating exceptional experiences
- excellent work ethic and dedication to hospitality
- driven to meet or exceed operational excellence standards
- outstanding written and verbal communication skills
- ability to handle restaurant scheduling, inventory, and purchasing
- availability to work full-time (48-55 hours per week)
- conflict resolution abilities
- skills in executing special events
- knowledge of food safety
- experience with POS systems
- recruiting, staff education, and motivation capabilities
Job Qualifications
- minimum 1 year of restaurant experience in a high-volume, excellence-driven environment

- basic knowledge of wine, beer, and spirits preferred
