Job Requirements

  • Degree or equivalent experience in hospitality or related field
  • experience in building solid customer relationships
  • demonstrated management or leadership skills with ability to lead by example
  • proficiency in MICROS and Microsoft Office applications including Excel, Word and Outlook
  • excellent time management and organizational abilities

Job Duties

  • possesses technical expertise in beverage management, kitchen operations, human resources, and front desk operations
  • identifies and trains subordinate managers for key positions such as beverage director, chef, front desk and sales manager

  • exercises good financial acumen by writing budgets, reviewing financial performance, and achieving profitability
  • writes and implements sales and marketing plans to grow restaurant sales and engages with the community
