Job Qualifications

- Interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with staff, customers, and vendors
- Ability to handle high-pressure situations and resolve conflicts in a calm and professional manner
- Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays, as needed
Job Duties
- Oversee the daily operations of the restaurant, including managing staff, ensuring efficient workflows, and maintaining high standards of service
- Lead, train, and inspire a team of dedicated employees, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment
- Develop and implement strategies to optimize sales and revenue, while ensuring cost control and profitability
- Maintain a strong focus on customer service, anticipating needs, and resolving any issues that may arise to ensure an WOW experience
- Monitor and maintain compliance with health and safety regulations, food quality standards, and sanitation practices
