Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or in a similar role
Excellent knowledge of food and beverage operations

Job Qualifications

Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or in a similar role, demonstrating exceptional leadership and organizational skills
Excellent knowledge of food and beverage operations, including familiarity with industry trends and customer preferences
Strong business acumen with a focus on driving revenue and profitability while maintaining cost control measures
Interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with staff, customers, and vendors
Ability to handle high-pressure situations and resolve conflicts in a calm and professional manner
Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays, as needed

Job Duties

Oversee the daily operations of the restaurant, including managing staff, ensuring efficient workflows, and maintaining high standards of service
Lead, train, and inspire a team of dedicated employees, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment
Develop and implement strategies to optimize sales and revenue, while ensuring cost control and profitability
Maintain a strong focus on customer service, anticipating needs, and resolving any issues that may arise to ensure an WOW experience
Monitor and maintain compliance with health and safety regulations, food quality standards, and sanitation practices
Conduct regular performance evaluations, provide feedback, and oversee training programs to enhance employee skills and performance
