Job Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years of restaurant general management experience, preferably in quick service restaurants
  • Effective communication skills
  • Must be at least 18 years old with valid U.S. ID
  • Must pass a criminal background check and be able to work with minors
  • Must be flexible with work hours, including weekends and holidays
  • Ability to stand for lengthy periods and lift up to twenty-five pounds
  • Reliable transportation to and from work
  • Be willing to have fun and be part of the Mitra culture

Job Duties

  • Oversee day-to-day restaurant operations

  • Manage financial performance through Profit and Loss statement analysis
  • Ensure compliance with all laws, brand standards, and company policies
