Job Duties
- Greet and assist visitors with courtesy and professionalism, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere at the front desk
- Manage incoming calls using a multi-line phone system, routing them to the appropriate department or individual
- Provide support to case managers by handling overflow tasks and answering basic client inquiries once trained
- Maintain and organize office files and documentation, ensuring easy accessibility for staff
- Utilize company manuals and resources to independently resolve issues and complete tasks efficiently
- Perform data entry tasks with accuracy, ensuring all records are up-to-date and well-organized
- Handle email correspondence promptly, ensuring clear communication with clients and team members
- Collaborate with the firm’s call center to ensure seamless routing of inquiries to the correct office
- Adhere to business casual dress code, with relaxed attire permitted on Fridays
- Participate in virtual meetings with team members to stay updated on office procedures and priorities
