Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- At least one year of experience providing professional support and customer service
- Familiar with Microsoft Office programs, particularly Outlook and Excel
- Excellent written, oral, and computer skills
- Ability to gather and analyze data, reason logically and creatively, draw conclusions and make appropriate recommendations
- Ability to prioritize and organize, work well under stress, and meet deadlines within assigned timeframe
- Ability to be flexible and adapt to change and work overtime as required
- Strong interpersonal skills to assist and communicate with staff, shareholders, and visitors
- Experience in using office equipment (fax, copier, postage machine, etc.)
- Attain a high level of organization and attention to detail

Job Duties
- Answer the BBNC multiple phone line computer system and transfer calls and forward voicemail to the appropriate departments
- Open and close mail office area
- Distribute incoming mail and faxes
- Greet shareholders and visitors
- Maintain and secure lobby
- Other duties as directed
