Job Requirements
- High school diploma required
- Three or more years of experience serving as a receptionist or customer service in a professional office environment required
- Ability to effectively communicate and interact with all levels of employees and the public through excellent verbal communication skills
- Basic math and data entry skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality
- Experience using Microsoft Word and Excel
- Knowledge of administrative and clerical procedures with strong organizational and planning skills
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow procedures
- Ability to work independently on assigned tasks
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize effectively and remain flexible
- Dependability in attendance and punctuality required
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Ability to meet with visitors and respond to their questions and concerns in a professional manner
- Ability to sit for long periods of time

Job Duties
- Greet and assist all guests in a professional and friendly manner and follow protocols to direct guests to the appropriate person or department
- Ensure adherence to all security procedures and HIPAA guidelines
- Perform general administrative and clerical support to assist various departments throughout the organization
- Maintain a professional appearance including adherence to specific dress code requirements
- Manage company lunch meetings by coordinating with meeting owners, ordering and delivering lunches, and reviewing and reconciling monthly credit card statements
- Assist with Board meeting set up and kitchen upkeep
- Perform tasks for Operations including return mail processing and other data entry tasks
- Attend huddles and other appropriate company meetings and functions
- Maintain a courteous and professional demeanor when interacting with internal stakeholders
- Ensure all communications are respectful, supportive, and collaborative, contributing to a positive and productive work environment
- Exhibit a high level of dependability in all aspects of the role
- Perform other duties as assigned
