Job Duties
- check in passengers
- verify documents
- sell ancillary services such as seat upgrades and baggage fees
- manage service recovery including rebooking passengers during delays or cancellations
- assist passengers at ticket counters, baggage service offices, and boarding gates
- multitask between check-in systems and passenger service
- provide operational support to ramp and flight crews
