Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • Minimum 5 years commercial real estate experience
  • Ability to travel 40% of the time
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Proficiency with GIS or similar tools
  • Excellent verbal and written communication
  • Must be adaptable to change
  • Capable of meeting deadlines
  • Proficient with remote work technology
  • Must have reliable high-speed internet
  • Able to maintain professional remote work environment

Job Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • Minimum 5 years commercial real estate experience
  • Knowledge of build-to-suits, leases, land use, and development processes
  • Strong negotiation skills
  • Proficient in project management
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and in teams

Job Duties

  • Manage projects through site selection process
  • Drive markets and track competitors
  • Utilize GIS for growth planning
  • Negotiate leases and LOIs
  • Review and complete Real Estate Committee presentations
  • Partner with construction for communications and deadlines
  • Foster relationships with brokers, landlords, government officials, and vendors
