Job Requirements
- Must be currently located in Michigan or Florida
- Must be 100% bondable
- Legal authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship
- Bachelor degree or equivalent experience
- Minimum seven years of mortgage lending experience
- Minimum five years of management or supervisory experience

- Bachelor degree or equivalent experience
- Minimum of seven years of direct experience in all facets of mortgage lending
- Knowledge of secondary mortgage market requirements
- Minimum of five years experience in management or supervisory capacity
- Strong leadership and coaching skills
- Proficiency with technology and data analytics in lending operations
Job Duties
- Oversee all segments of the mortgage process including originations, processing, underwriting, closing, and servicing
- Act as a liaison between credit union team, members, realtors, and vendors
- Ensure compliance with secondary mortgage market requirements
- Manage administrative functions within the mortgage department
- Utilize technology and data analytics to drive growth and innovation
- Provide leadership and coaching to team members to achieve team goals
- Monitor mortgage business performance and implement improvements
