Job Requirements
- high school diploma or GED equivalent
- ability to lift and handle heavy baggage and cargo up to 50 lbs or more
- valid driver’s license and ability to obtain a commercial driver’s license if required
- strong communication skills
- ability to work in various weather conditions including extreme heat, cold, and rain
- flexibility to work varied shifts including weekends, holidays, and nights
- basic mechanical aptitude for operating ground support equipment
- ability to pass background checks and comply with airport security regulations
- attention to detail and commitment to safety protocols
- fluently read, write, and speak English
- willingness to join the Transport Workers Union and pay union dues
Job Qualifications

- previous experience in aviation or ground handling preferred but not required
- strong communication skills
- ability to operate ground support equipment

Job Duties
- load and unload cargo and baggage safely and efficiently
- marshal aircraft to designated parking positions
- operate ground support equipment such as belt loaders, tugs, and baggage carts
- perform water servicing of aircraft
- adhere to all safety and security regulations
- communicate effectively with team members and flight crews
- assist with maintaining ramp cleanliness and organization
