Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- must be 18 years of age or older
- valid driver’s license
- reliable telephone and transportation
- able to read, write, understand and carry out instructions in English
- excellent radio and telephone skills
- ability to lift up to 70 lbs
- able to work in extreme climatic conditions including heat, cold, wind, rain, ice and snow
- pass pre-employment and random drug tests
- pass a criminal background check
- must be a citizen of the United States or possess valid authorization
- clear driving record

Job Duties
- Handling and care of passenger baggage including loading, unloading, and transportation
- Handling and care of U.S. mail, freight, and express parcels including loading, unloading, and transportation
- Ensuring all ground handling is accomplished according to customer and company specifications
- Prioritizing safety of personnel, passengers, equipment, and aircraft
- Operating aircraft servicing equipment for electrical, engine start, lavatories, water services, and deicing
- Providing safe guidance of aircraft to and from parking, taxiways, and gate areas using visual, hand, verbal and electronic communications
- Pushing or towing aircraft to designated locations
- Assisting disabled passengers in and out of aircraft
- Thorough cleaning of aircraft interiors including turn and overnight cleaning
- Pulling computer work assignments and provisioning aircraft as directed
- Completing accurate and timely reports
- Familiarity with FAA, airline, company, and airport regulations
- Maintaining cleanliness and reporting maintenance needs
- Projecting positive image and courteous response to inquiries
- Attending meetings and inservices
- Utilizing appropriate communication channels and maintaining records
- Adhering to uniform and protective gear policies
- Participating in achievement of company objectives
- Using company and client resources cost-effectively
- Performing other duties as requested
