Job Requirements
- Minimum one year hospitality experience in housekeeping
- Ability to follow instructions and communicate effectively
- Capable of working independently or within a team
- Strong attention to detail
- Commitment to exceptional guest service
- Willingness to work flexible schedules including weekends and holidays
- Must adhere to hotel policies and procedures
- Physical ability to stand, sit, and walk for extended periods
- Ability to lift and carry up to 75 lbs
- Ability to use manual dexterity with office equipment such as computers, printers, and phones
- Must pass pre-employment drug tests and background checks
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States

Job Duties
- Create guest satisfaction by providing service brand standards and genuine hospitality
- Maintain high cleanliness standards and presentation in front-of-house and back-of-house areas
- Vacuum, clean, and sanitize elevator landings, hallways, lobby, and public seating areas
- Remove trash and recycling from all designated areas including service landings and linen closets
- Notify supervisor promptly of any maintenance or special guestroom/suite issues
- Clean and replenish supplies in public and employee bathrooms
- Sanitize fitness center equipment, lockers, sinks, toilets, and replenish related supplies
