Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution
- Two or more years of related management experience
- Experience managing mixed-use assets with retail and office components
- Financial experience with P&L responsibility and budget management
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Completion of property management training program or equivalent real estate knowledge
- Passion for people and hospitality mindset
- Strong emotional intelligence
- Experience leading teams
- Solution-oriented with organizational and analytical skills
- Professionalism and composure
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work indoors 95% and outdoors 5% of the time
- Use of senses to inspect buildings and detect alarms

Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Train, mentor, and develop property personnel to provide best-in-class hospitality experience
- Apply hospitality hiring practices to recruit people-centric individuals
- Lead cross-functional and third-party teams in delivering Hines' hospitality standards
- Coordinate event programming to foster community atmosphere
- Ensure property engagement and services meet company standards
- Oversee operational integration of retail and office components
- Collaborate with leasing teams on marketing strategies and tenant mix
- Monitor foot traffic, activation strategies, and tenant engagement
- Ensure compliance with zoning and operational standards
- Manage all fiscal activities including full profit and loss responsibility
- Negotiate contracts and supervise contractor services
- Develop and maintain marketing and leasing strategies
- Collaborate with engineering on building mechanical systems
- Maintain property aesthetics and upkeep
- Ensure compliance with government and company policies
- Support development groups including owner relations and project start-ups
- Represent Hines in business, community, and industry organizations
- Direct and manage emergency procedures and drills
