Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience can substitute for education
- Less than 1 year preferred in inventory management
- Ability to use electronic inventory devices
- Ability to operate transport equipment safely
- Ability to follow detailed instructions
- Availability to work PRN shifts
- Physical ability to lift and transport supplies
- Good communication skills
Job Qualifications

- Basic computer skills including CSR system usage
- Knowledge of hospital supply chain procedures

Job Duties
- Maintain appropriate stock levels on supply and linen carts throughout the facility
- Utilize electronic inventory control devices such as handheld scanners and computers
- Transport and distribute supplies and linen using transport equipment
- Use CSR computer system to analyze product data usage and manage PAR cart inventory
- Provide ongoing cart maintenance including cleanliness, labeling, product rotation, and item management
- Complete requests for patient care equipment, linen, and supplies via phone and computer
- Collect, decontaminate, process, and issue mobile medical equipment and specialty carts
- Assist Materiel Clerks in maintaining organization and cleanliness of supply and linen rooms
- Receive, sort, and distribute system and US mail
- Maintain toner and paper supply levels
- Distribute clean linen and scrubs to designated user areas
- Transport non-controlled medications as assigned
- Perform other duties as directed by management
