Job Requirements

Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- basic math skills for cash handling
- customer service experience is a plus but not required
- willingness to learn and adapt
- ability to follow instructions and operate within established procedures

Job Duties
- Serve each guest courteously, quickly and efficiently
- prepare and cook food products according to specifications
- package orders accurately and rapidly
- ensure every guest feels welcomed and promote positivity
- greet customers with a pleasant and sincere smile
- fill orders completely and accurately within service time standards
- collect customer payments and handle cash transactions accurately
- deliver orders to customers while thanking and inviting them to return
- verify opening cash drawer and maintain cash register accountability
- count down drawer at shift end for accuracy
- practice security measures in cash handling including frequent cash drops
- immediately report deletions, over-rings or equipment problems
- attend promptly to customer service problems or complaints
- maintain cleanliness of parking lot and surrounding exterior areas
- empty and clean exterior trash receptacles
- ensure Drive-Thru menu board is clean and up-to-date
- maintain sanitation of dining lobby, service area, and restrooms
