Job Qualifications

  • Experience as a Pitmaster, Meat Cutter, Line Cook, Expediter, Prep Cook, or Fry/Salad Chef
  • Knowledge of smoker operation and meat preparation
  • Ability to manage inventory and control food waste
  • Strong attention to safety and sanitation
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast paced environment
  • Positive attitude and team oriented mindset

  • Execute pit and meat operations
  • Monitor and manage the overall quality of smoked meats
  • Adhere to food quality management standards
