Job Duties
- Models and delivers a distinctive and delightful customer experience
- registers sales on assigned cash register
- provides courteous, fair, friendly, and efficient checkout service
- engages customers and patients with greeting and assistance
- resolves customer issues and answers questions
- shares customer service best practices with team members
- develops strong relationships with valuable customers
- handles cash, processes returns, refunds, and exchanges
- recommends products and assists with over-the-counter items
- operates pharmacy systems for prescription status
- reports prescription errors to pharmacist immediately
- maintains clean and well-merchandised counters and shelves
- takes inventory and maintains records
- checks in and prices merchandise
- implements company asset protection procedures
- ensures compliance with laws on regulated products
- constructs and maintains promotional displays
- assists with store maintenance
- complies with company policies
- completes special assignments and tasks
- attends training and completes professional development programs
