Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- retail or customer service experience
- experience working with children and children's events
- excellent communication skills including written, verbal, and nonverbal
- ability to handle job stress and interact with others
- good organizational and interpersonal skills
- ability to remain standing for extended periods
- ability to lift heavy boxes and use ladders for accessing high shelves
- willingness to work nights, weekends, and early mornings
- ability to perform physical tasks such as bending, lifting, carrying, reaching, and stretching
- legal eligibility to work in the United States

Job Duties
- Plan and coordinate multiple events including children's birthday parties and craft classes
- engage with clients of all ages and create a fun, creative environment
- demonstrate and instruct party participants in craft projects and activities such as face painting
- facilitate party add-ons such as goody bags and balloons according to company standards
- communicate event details with clients and store team members
- complete administrative tasks including answering emails, making phone calls, and paperwork
- adjust plans based on client feedback and create backup plans for events
- ensure client satisfaction and uphold cleanliness and safety standards before and after events
- assist customers in locating products and provide solutions
- provide fast and friendly checkout experiences
- promote Rewards program and Private Label Credit Card enrollments
- educate customers on Voice of Customer survey
- assist with Buy Online Pickup in Store and Ship From Store processes
- participate in truck unloading, stocking, and merchandise recovery
- perform Store in Stock Optimization and AD set duties
- support shrink and safety programs
- adhere to Standard Operating Procedures and company policy compliance
- interact respectfully and positively with team members and customers
- cross-train in Custom Framing selling and production
- participate in daily store cleanliness activities
