Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Ability to operate equipment such as computer terminals, telephones, calculators, copy machines, and fax machines
- Physical ability to perform essential functions including sitting, standing, walking, bending, twisting, climbing, driving, pushing, pulling, speaking, hearing, writing, lifting, seeing, and reading
- Ability to work flexible hours
- Previous experience in customer service or related field preferred

Job Duties
- Consult with customers on their rental needs
- Maximize revenue opportunities by actively offering products and services and overcoming customer objections
- Ensure customers receive world-class customer service and sales support
- Shuttle customers as needed
- Prepare vehicles for customer pick-up including cleaning, assessing damage, fueling, and refilling all fluids
