Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to perform physical activities such as sitting, standing, walking, bending, twisting, climbing, driving, pushing, pulling, speaking, hearing, writing, lifting, seeing, and reading
- Strong communication skills
- Familiarity with computer and office equipment
- Ability to work a flexible part-time schedule
- Must be 18 years or older
- Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
Job Qualifications
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Ability to take ownership and demonstrate accountability and initiative
- Capability to complete essential functions including sitting, standing, walking, bending, twisting, climbing, driving, pushing, pulling, speaking, hearing, writing, lifting, seeing, and reading
- Proficient with equipment operation like computer terminals, telephones, calculators, copy machines, and fax machines
- Previous customer service experience preferred
- Ability to work part-time with a flexible schedule
Job Duties
- Consult with customers on their rental needs
- Maximize revenue by actively offering products and services
- Overcome customer objections to close sales
- Ensure customers receive world-class customer service and support
- Shuttle customers between locations
- Prepare vehicles for customer pick-up by cleaning, assessing damage, fueling, and refilling fluids
- Maintain equipment operation such as computer terminals and telephones
