Job Requirements

  • Hours are 5:30am - 1pm on weekdays, weekend schedules determined as needed
  • minimum of 2 years of experience driving a delivery van
  • possess a current and valid driver’s license plus have a clean Motor Vehicle Report for past 5 years
  • verifiable work history
  • experience with GPS navigation and technology required
  • ability to lift up to 35 lbs
  • speaks and understands conversational English
  • must pass background check and drug test prior to employment

Job Qualifications

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience driving a delivery van
  • possess a current and valid driver’s license
  • have a clean Motor Vehicle Report for past 5 years
  • verifiable work history

  • ability to lift up to 35 lbs
  • speaks and understands conversational English

Job Duties

  • Drive a small refrigerated van to and from delivery route destinations safely while maintaining a timely schedule
  • evaluate the quantity and quality of product compared to the customer invoice to ensure all product is accounted for and report any issues to management
  • check product temperature before departing headquarters and before unloading at delivery sites to ensure product food safety
  • unload products from vehicle, verify delivery invoices with customers, and obtain customers’ signatures on receipt of products
  • deliver and display products to ensure accurate placement and professional presentation in all locations while ensuring visual alignment with company standards
  • deliver excellent customer service to clients
  • demonstrate effective and clear communication with clients and manager
  • inform manager of any requests or changes to customer orders or customer complaints
  • maintain the cleanliness of vehicle and perform general vehicle maintenance as required
  • ensure company property such as trays, coolers, ice blankets, thermometers are kept safe, clean, and well maintained
  • responsibly maintain and submit any work related expense and receipts in a timely fashion
