Job Requirements
- must have 2+ years of kitchen management experience in a full-service, moderate to high-volume restaurant
- solid track record of success with upward career movement
- culinary school background a plus
- ability to speak and understand Spanish a plus
- ability to work ten-hour-plus shifts
- ability to stand, sit, or walk for extended periods
- ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- finger/hand dexterity to operate kitchen equipment
- ability to withstand temperature changes and confined space
- must have hearing, visual, and sensory abilities to detect emergency situations and quality control
Job Qualifications
- minimum 2 years of kitchen management experience in a full-service restaurant
- demonstrated upward career progression
- strong leadership and team management skills
- knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices
- culinary school background preferred
- ability to communicate effectively
- basic Spanish language skills a plus
Job Duties
- manage back-of-house kitchen operations
