Job Requirements

  • Must have a safe driving record and pass MVR driving record check
  • Unwavering reliability and punctuality
  • Ability to deliver excellent customer service
  • Possess basic knowledge of automotive mechanics
  • Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Able to understand and follow guidelines and procedures
  • Possess problem-solving skills
  • Demonstrate a sense of urgency and timeliness
  • Must be able to clear and maintain airport badging requirements
  • Must meet required speaking and listening skills assessment level
  • Willingness to work in various weather conditions
  • Ability to lift push and pull at least 30 pounds
  • Ability to stand walk and sit for extended periods
  • Ability to bend stoop squat and lift frequently throughout a shift
  • Ability to perform functions that require repetitive motions

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Basic knowledge of automotive mechanics such as battery anatomy and tire inflation
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Good communication skills including speaking and listening
  • Safe driving record and ability to pass MVR driving record check
  • Ability to maintain airport badging requirements

Job Duties

  • Assist parking customers and personnel who may be stranded or need help due to vehicle malfunctions or other reasons
  • Provide specific services or communicate with appropriate authorities to assist customers
  • Replace gate arms as needed
  • Conduct parking availability counts
  • Perform capacity counts
  • Follow guidelines and procedures for safety and operational compliance
  • Undertake additional related duties as assigned
