Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Eligible to work legally in the United States
- Hold a valid state-issued driver’s license with an acceptable driving record
- Have a minimum of 1 year of supervisory experience
- Possess at least 1 year of experience in hospitality or aircraft cleaning services
- Ability to effectively communicate in English
- Pass a background check and drug screening
- Be eligible to acquire necessary aviation-related clearances and credentials
- Flexible availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to lift up to 70 pounds
- Capable of prolonged standing and walking
- Able to perform physical activities such as reaching, grasping, pushing, pulling, bending, stretching, squatting, and kneeling
- Able to tolerate exposure to moderate to high noise levels
- Able to handle exposure to biohazards and chemicals
- Adequate vision abilities including close, distance, peripheral, depth perception and focus adjustment
Job Qualifications
- 18 years of age or older
- Eligible to work in the United States
- Must have a valid state-issued driver’s license with an acceptable driving record
- Communicate effectively in English including reading, writing, speaking
- Minimum of 1 year of supervisory experience
- At least 1 year of experience in hospitality or aircraft cleaning services
- Ability to access and interpret information in print and electronically, including the use of electronic devices such as iPads, Tablets, Computers, and Mobile Devices
- Effectively communicate with colleagues and clients both in-person and electronically
- Pass a background check and drug screen
- Eligibility to acquire needed credentials and clearances such as FAA, TSA, Port Authority, U.S. Customs and U.S. Postal as applicable
- Flexible to work various shifts including nights, weekends and holidays
Job Duties
- Supervise and provide leadership to a team of aircraft cleaners, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently
- Inspect aircraft cabins for cleanliness and ensure all procedures meet aviation standards and safety regulations
- Train new staff in cleaning procedures and proper use of equipment
- Manage cleaning supply inventory to ensure adequate stock levels
- Develop and implement cleaning schedules to minimize aircraft downtime
- Liaise with airline and airport staff to coordinate cleaning requirements and resolve issues promptly
- Exemplify PrimeFlight customer service and safety standards
- Perform any additional duties as assigned by management
