Job Qualifications

high school diploma or equivalent
strong attention to detail
ability to multitask effectively
understanding of food safety and hygiene practices
good physical stamina
knowledge of cross-contamination prevention is a plus
no prior experience required
full on-the-job training will be provided

Job Duties

operate and monitor large industrial ovens and a proofer box
document bake times, bread weights, and loaf heights accurately
safely remove hot bread from pans and flip onto racks for cooling
maintain awareness of oven and proofer temperatures, adjusting as needed
follow all food safety, hygiene, and cross-contamination prevention protocols
keep work areas clean and organized, including routine cleaning of equipment
communicate with team members to coordinate workflow and maintain production efficiency
perform additional related tasks as assigned by the Production Supervisor
